We are now through (for those that practiced 3 days this week) the conditioning phase of practice. If your son missed any of the practices this past week, he will still need to condition (must condition for 3 days before contact). His Football Helmet should be snug (and even a little uncomfortable) in order for it to protect him properly. If you feel that it is to tight (or loose) please have him come to the POD (before or after practice) for us to take a second look. There are adjustments (with air bladders) in his helmet that can be made.
The Livonia Junior Athletic League offers no cost football physicals to all participating football players. Saturday June 7, 2014 at

get your son a physical before practice begins.
